Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using InsiderScope (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. What InsiderScope is — and isn't

InsiderScope aggregates publicly available signals from US equity markets: insider buys (SEC Form 4 filings), institutional moves (13F filings) and social attention (trending tickers). It fires a consensus alert when two or more sources agree.

InsiderScope is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. We do not recommend trades, do not predict price movements, and do not guarantee data accuracy. Past insider or institutional activity is no indicator of future performance. Every trading decision you make is your own.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. By registering you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Subscriptions and billing

InsiderScope offers a Free tier, a Pro tier, and a Pro+ tier. Pro is billed monthly ($9.99) or annually ($79.99); Pro+ is billed monthly ($29.99) or annually ($249). Prices are in USD; the exact amount and currency are shown at checkout and may vary slightly by platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe). Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel any time from:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Android: Play Store → Profile → Subscriptions
• Web: account page → Manage subscription (Stripe portal)

Refunds are governed by the platform you subscribed on (Apple, Google, or Stripe). We do not issue refunds directly.

Individual use only. Subscriptions are sold for personal, individual use. We do not offer corporate, team, or enterprise subscriptions, and a single subscription may not be shared across, or used on behalf of, a company or organization. Commercial use of the Service or its data requires a separate written agreement with us.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, redistribute, or resell our data feed.
• Reverse-engineer the Service or attempt to access accounts that aren't yours.
• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
• Spam our infrastructure or attempt to circumvent rate limits or tier gates.
• Use the Service, your subscription, or our data for commercial purposes or on behalf of an organization — subscriptions are for individual use only.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account anytime by emailing [email protected].

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We do not guarantee uptime. We do not guarantee that any signal or consensus alert will precede a price move.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InsiderScope's total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or indirect damages.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
